Our company developed financial derivative instrument called
“Gas currency swap” (Crypto SWAP)

“EnergoEcoAudit” LLC was established in December 2005. In order to create a joint venture for the production of associated petroleum gas utilization unit with JSC “Spetsneftekhimmash”.

In 2009 the management of the company made the decision to look for new directions of activity in the sphere of retail sales of production of processing of associated petroleum gas.

In 2010-2011, analyzing the natural gas market and the political functions of the Blue Stream pipeline, a new strategic line of the Company’s activities was formulated.

In 2012, the company’s management, based on its theoretical model in the field of Economics, offered its vision of the quantitative easing program to two Central banks, with a total volume of up to 1.000.000.000.000 (one trillion) US dollars.

In 2014, the company’s Clients lobbied for the construction of the “Turkish Stream” in both governments-participants of the project to create “gas currency”*.

In January 2015, the new opportunities allowed to convince the management of a number of financial institutions of the need to untie the national currency of one European state from the Euro.

In 2016, a new currency pair was included in the quotation list of the Russian exchange. This will allow us to attract and use the foreign currency we are interested in on the territory of the Russian Federation.

Since 2017, our company has been preparing a conference for institutional investors. The conference will offer a derivative financial instrument “gas currency SWAP” (Crypto-SWAP) and “weighted” exchange formula of natural gas prices.

The proposed SWAP will compete with the currently existing derivative financial instruments in the global debt financial market. The absorption of part of the global debt of more than 217 trillion US dollars through the derivatives market will create an example of the reindustrialization needs of the world economy.

The paid-up authorized capital of the company is 144 thousand Russian rubles.
